Apollo Finvest is a publicly listed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) that enables any company to offer fully digital and compliant loan products to their end customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Credit, Business, and Compliance team to proactively manage and mitigate risk exposure.
  • Continuously monitor loan accounts, scrutinize loan documents, and prepare timely MIS reports.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes.
  • Ensure the completeness of documentation in accordance with approved terms and conditions.
  • Develop strategic plans for line management, collections, underwriting, pricing etc.
  • Assist COO and Credit team with operational and financial data analysis to identify early warning signals for risk exposure across lending products.
  • Comply with RBI/Regulatory guidelines and establish effective processes to safeguard risk exposure.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years in progressively responsible risk and/or operations roles within the NBFC sector.
  • Experience with scaling and managing lending products.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Background of underwriting, credit sanctioning, or credit policy drafting preferred.
  • Exceptional people management, communication, and presentation skills required.
  • Proven track record of managing partners and engaging in solution selling preferred.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and result-oriented approach essential.
