Leading Digital Transformation in Retail Lending

Roles and Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will lead a team of business analysts to deliver and implement digital projects across the retail lending domain. They will manage end-to-end project life cycles, provide user handholding, and offer post-live support. Key skills include knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce, as well as experience working with business partners to plan, organize, and deliver key asks in digital portals and mobile apps. The chosen professional will also innovate with impact by developing POCs, pilots, and solutions that enhance customer experience. They will work closely with development partners to align platforms and systems architecture and roadmap to user requirements. Additionally, they will collaborate with senior management to ensure business strategies are translated into operational success stories and benefits are reaped. To be successful in this role, the individual must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present information/insights at senior levels in a clear and concise manner. They should possess strong project and program management skills with a proven track record of delivery. Furthermore, they must be able to work in a dynamic environment, provide hands-on leadership, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Specialized Job Competencies: This role requires experience in lending space, specifically in digital projects across the retail lending domain. Desired qualifications include a graduate degree and relevant technology experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technology and integration background and be adept at personally engaging with seniors in key programs. They should also be skilled in creating solutions, design principles, and development of digital applications around lending workflows and mobile apps. Other desired attributes include the ability to work across teams to ensure delivery of end goals, creative out-of-the-box thinking, and the capacity to blend research to define clear technology strategy and execution plans.
