**Operations Team Lead**\Join us to oversee end-to-end operations for digital lending and co-lending platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead digital lending & co-lending operations, ensuring seamless disbursements, repayments, reconciliations, and settlements.
  • Manage partner onboarding, system integrations, and operational coordination with co-lending entities.
  • Ensure timely, accurate transaction processing, efficient cash flow reconciliation, and comprehensive MIS reporting.

NACH & Payment Operations:
  • Oversee mandate registrations, validations, and execution of NACH transactions.
  • Enhance payment processing accuracy while minimizing rejection rates.
  • Coordinate with banks, NPCI, and other institutions on mandates and settlement-related issues.

Risk & RMU Oversight:
  • Manage Risk Monitoring Unit (RMU) activities to track portfolio health, repayment trends, and early warning indicators.
  • Work closely with credit, risk, and collections teams to proactively address operational risks.
  • Implement strong monitoring and control systems to ensure compliance with co-lending agreements and regulatory norms.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
  • Foster collaboration across product, technology, credit, compliance, finance, and partner institutions.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on process optimization, scalability, and automation initiatives.

Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory frameworks, including RBI and NPCI guidelines.
  • Maintain internal controls and audit readiness across all operational functions.
  • Support digital transformation efforts by integrating automation and risk controls into operational workflows.
