**Job Opportunity for Audit Excellence**

We are seeking a seasoned Audit Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our lending operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank's compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  1. Lending Business Audits: Conduct thorough audits of our lending business at various branches and asset centers to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  2. Risk Management: Evaluate the effectiveness of our lending processes, including loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections. Identify potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Stay up-to-date on changes in lending regulations and best practices. Ensure our operations remain compliant and aligned with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's / Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Professional certification (CA, CWA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  3. Minimum of 3-5 years of auditing experience, specifically in the banking or NBFC sector, with a focus on lending business / operations.
  4. Strong understanding of lending regulations and risk management principles.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to stakeholders.
  7. Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
