Job Summary:

As a Total Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's compensation and benefits strategy. Your expertise will ensure that our employee rewards programs align with business objectives and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation structures that drive performance and retention, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness through benchmarking and market analysis.

  • Design and manage employee benefits programs that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce, including health, insurance, retirement, and wellness initiatives.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits and recommend data-driven changes to optimize costs and improve employee satisfaction.

  • Lead annual compensation review cycles, ensuring fair and transparent reward systems that motivate employees to excel.

  • Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to foster a culture of performance-driven reward systems.

  • Maintain governance and documentation for compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and transparency.

  • Create actionable dashboards and reports on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Communicate reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy effectively to employees, promoting engagement and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, with a proven track record of driving organizational success.
