About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary HR leader to spearhead both our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) function and Total Rewards initiatives.

This pivotal role requires a strong business acumen, strategic advisory capability, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

Job Description

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving both HRBP and Total Rewards strategies that align with our overall organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy that drives business success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on organization design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.
Total Rewards

As the head of Total Rewards, you will be responsible for designing, benchmarking, and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on compensation surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
