About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on Revenue Cycle Management services in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to achieve sales targets and presenting RCM services to prospective clients through meetings, calls and industry events.

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities for RCM services in the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Present and sell RCM services to prospective clients.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by researching prospective customers and generating new leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose solutions that address their business needs.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, support and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or RCM services.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong network and understanding of healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage the sales cycle and customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience selling RCM or medical billing services.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end RCM processes and healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem.

  • Ability to identify prospects, build pipeline and close new deals.
  • Clear and persuasive verbal and written skills.
