Job Opportunity: Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven communicator to join our team as an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services, and identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads based on their needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services
  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proven experience working with Australian and US clients
  • Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  • High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
