Job Title: Account Representative

 

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team as an Account Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and converting qualified leads.

As an Account Representative, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific linguistic needs of our clients. Your primary goal will be to build strong client relationships and drive new business while meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their unique linguistic requirements.
  • Solution Presentation: Present tailored solutions across services such as translation, subtitling, voice-over, and data annotation.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare customized commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM, including logs, follow-ups, and proposal statuses.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with the internal project team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Progress Tracking: Track project progress, handle client escalations, and monitor client satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Payment Follow-up: Follow up regularly for collections and ensure payment closures within a 60-day window.

  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and negotiate successful deals.
  • Natural Sales Ability: Flair for sales interactions and client relationship building.
  • High Accountability and Precision: Strong sense of accountability, precision, and responsiveness.
  • Proficiency in Using CRMs: Proficiency in using CRMs, Microsoft Office tools, LinkedIn, and email automation platforms.
  • Language Services Expertise: Ability to understand and clearly explain language services and related workflows.
