Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update active certifications
  • Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements
  • Manage help desk requests and coordinate L2 and L3 escalations for timely resolution
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting on Partner Center metrics
  • Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making
