Regional Expansion Strategist

The Regional Category Expert plays a pivotal role in driving the mission of delivering excellent education to every child by leading school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region.

This involves expanding LEAD IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive expansion through strategic partnership development, focusing on mutual growth opportunities.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact:
  • Build strong relationships with partner schools based on understanding parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
  • Support School Growth:
  • Nurture parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts to drive success.
  • Negotiate and Finalize Partnerships:
  • Secure agreements that align with organizational goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
  • Monitor Progress:
  • Drive timely collections, track key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.Ideal Experience Profile:
    • 8-10 years in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
    • Significant experience in pan-India sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagements is required.
    • Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure are essential.
    • Willingness to travel across assigned territories is necessary.
