Job Title : Technical Leadership Position

A prominent IT industry in Navi Mumbai, India is seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead their software development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies and the ability to drive innovation within the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the product development and QA teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. They will also be responsible for advising the product team on best practices, maintaining code sanity, and implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the product development and QA teams.
  • Advise the product team on best practices, architecture, and technology stacks.
  • Maintain code quality and sanity through rigorous testing and review processes.
  • Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Guide the product development and QA teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues faced by clients in web applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in C# with good knowledge and experience of its ecosystems.
  • In-depth knowledge and working experience in ASP.NET framework (.Net Core framework experience will be an added advantage).
  • Strong knowledge and working experience of Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2016 (ability to develop complex store procedures).
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with Java script, JQuery, and Angular JS.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN).
  • Good knowledge of IIS Server, deployment of applications on Microsoft Azure & AWS cloud servers is required.
  • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
