Seize the opportunity to drive strategic growth and vision in our engineering organization. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers and software developers working on a platform that serves millions of customers in healthcare and benefits management.

This role is all about building, running, and solving real-world problems in insurance tech, with full ownership of end-to-end delivery and management of the platform.

You will have the chance to work with a wide range of modern technologies, including React, Node.js, React Native, and C#.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, develop, and coach teams of top technical talent.
  • Drive strategy and vision in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Manage diverse stakeholders and drive project execution using agile methodologies.
  • Build scalable and reliable technology solutions at a rapid pace.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the technical stack, including databases, AWS/Azure cloud, SaaS, design, and architectural patterns and frameworks.

They will also be well-versed in emerging industry technologies and trends and be able to communicate that knowledge to the team and influence product direction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with experience as a tech leader and people manager.
  • Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality projects on time.
  • Experience with building, developing, and coaching teams of best technical talent in the industry.
