Job Description

The Mechanical Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of mechanical engineers and designers. This includes allocating resources, managing project workloads, and providing technical guidance and support.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing the execution of large-scale engineering projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, including HVAC, piping, pressure systems, rotating equipment, and mechanical systems design.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop engineering teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role requires strong analytical skills to troubleshoot design and project issues, finding practical and cost-effective solutions.
