Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to oversee the development and execution of new and existing products within our Retirement division. This individual will be responsible for driving product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in product management. They will work closely with engineering, QA, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and refine product requirements, ensure technical feasibility, and adhere to quality standards.

The Senior Product Manager will take ownership of the product roadmap, bring ideas to support business goals, and champion initiatives that align with Retirement business objectives. They will also lead a cross-functional team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, engage in stakeholder management, present updates and insights to internal teams and clients, and demonstrate leadership of the Scrum team.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and refine product requirements
  • Partner closely with product leaders to champion initiatives that align with Retirement business goals
  • Lead a cross-functional team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
  • Engage in stakeholder management, presenting updates and insights to internal teams and clients

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Drive new business initiatives through research, documentation, and implementation
  • Consistently execute on deliverables and ensure quality through attention to detail
  • Continue to update knowledge about trends in the US retirement industry and suggest product improvements accordingly
  • Use data to drive decisions on product enhancement along with prioritization
  • Set up and adjust KPIs to determine success for product objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the Retirement or Financial Services industry
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive product strategies
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
