Job Title: Strategic Technical Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving engineering excellence and leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective change management systems to ensure scope of work is well-managed;
  • Collaborate with project leadership to develop project execution plans, allocate roles, and manage progress reports;
  • Maintain regular communication with client management at key milestones to ensure alignment with client requirements;
  • Direct and review engineering activities to ensure high-quality outputs and adequate technical development programs;
  • Liaise with specialist expertise as needed and coordinate quality audit verifications to ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards;
  • Foster a culture of safety awareness and ensure design principles are applied consistently throughout projects;
  • Conduct risk assessments, address identified issues, and facilitate design reviews to ensure quality and compliance;
  • Coordinate inter-disciplinary data integration and resolution of challenges in a timely manner;
  • Promote value additions, best practices, and knowledge sharing across project teams and leadership;
  • Recognize and reward exceptional performance from project resources.
