Technical Leadership Role
As a seasoned technical leader, you will drive engineering excellence at scale. We seek an expert who brings deep technical expertise and a track record of designing scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend systems handling large volumes of data and events.
- Design real-time campaign processing engines capable of delivering high-performance messaging.
- Lead development of complex analytics frameworks including cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and user behavior modeling.
- Drive architecture decisions on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.

What You Bring:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering with a strong foundation in Java or Golang and related backend technologies.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of data processing at scale using Kafka, NoSQL DBs (MongoDB/Cassandra), Redis, and RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into scalable systems is a plus.
