We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Coordinator to join our team at OS Mgmt Consulting Services in Gurgaon.

As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Arrange travel and meetings for our partners
  • Maintain office records and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Coordinate with various departments for office maintenance and equipment supervision
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
