">We seek a highly skilled Junior professional for the Founders Office position at Zopsoft Technology Private Limited in Gurgaon. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities
">- Support founders in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in handling and organizing financial documents, including invoices and expenses.
- Conduct research and gather data to provide actionable insights for key projects.
- Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring organizational policies are followed.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the founders.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Handle account management tasks efficiently, ensuring organisational satisfaction and issue resolution.
Requirements
">- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in Account Management (Mandatory skill).
- Knowledge of Tally.
- Efficient in internet surfing to gather relevant information.
- Strong administrative skills to manage daily operations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Multitasking abilities and capability to work under pressure.
Estimated Salary: ₹600000 - ₹900000 per annum, depending on experience.
