Key Responsibilities

  • Support founders in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in handling and organizing financial documents, including invoices and expenses.
  • Conduct research and gather data to provide actionable insights for key projects.
  • Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring organizational policies are followed.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the founders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Handle account management tasks efficiently, ensuring organisational satisfaction and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in Account Management (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of Tally.
  • Efficient in internet surfing to gather relevant information.
  • Strong administrative skills to manage daily operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Multitasking abilities and capability to work under pressure.

Estimated Salary: ₹600000 - ₹900000 per annum, depending on experience.
