Job Summary:
The role of the Senior Administrative Coordinator is to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director. This includes coordinating calendars, managing email correspondence, arranging travel, preparing documents, and providing general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Managing Director's calendar and schedule
- Manage email correspondence, including responding to and forwarding messages
- Arrange travel and accommodations for business trips
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
