Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors: Create a welcoming environment and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations: Direct visitors to the suitable person and desk, answer phone calls, and redirect them accordingly.
  • Administer office supplies: Check and order front desk supplies, as well as keep track of inventories and order them as required.
  • Provide administrative support: Assist employees with various clerical duties, manage office expenses, and maintain records.
  • Ensure office safety and security: Monitor the office environment and ensure the safety and security of employees and office items.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements and take care of accommodations for employees and clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: A high school diploma and bachelor's degree in a related field would be an asset.
  • Experience: Proven experience in various front desk jobs and excellent communication skills.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, multitasking skills, time-management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other essential office equipment.
