Reception and Administrative Coordinator

At Maison Infratech, we are seeking a skilled Reception and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and visitors: Create a welcoming environment and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations: Direct visitors to the suitable person and desk, answer phone calls, and redirect them accordingly.
- Administer office supplies: Check and order front desk supplies, as well as keep track of inventories and order them as required.
- Provide administrative support: Assist employees with various clerical duties, manage office expenses, and maintain records.
- Ensure office safety and security: Monitor the office environment and ensure the safety and security of employees and office items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements and take care of accommodations for employees and clients.
Requirements:
- Education: A high school diploma and bachelor's degree in a related field would be an asset.
- Experience: Proven experience in various front desk jobs and excellent communication skills.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, multitasking skills, time-management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other essential office equipment.
