Administrative Operations Manager

Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager Administration plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's administrative functions. This includes overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of office infrastructure, including facilities, equipment, and services.
- Event Management: Plan and execute on-site and off-site events, including flower arrangements, official parties, and festive celebrations.
- Travel Management: Arrange for flight tickets, cab services, and accommodation for clients and staff.
- Day-to-Day Admin Functions: Manage reception, repair, and maintenance of equipment, infrastructure, and services.
- Inventory and Stock Maintenance: Manage stationary, housekeeping, and pantry consumables, as well as procuring supplies.
- Office Premises Maintenance: Oversee periodic renovations and maintenance of office premises.
- Administrative Billings and Procedures: Scrutinize administrative-related billings and procedures.
- Transport, Security, and Courier Services: Coordinate transport, security, and courier services within the organization.
- Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash, courier, and mail services.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and monitor vendors for administrative services.
- Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration activities, including invoice processing and vendor coordination.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- 6+ years proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be well-versed with SAP.
