We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Expert to drive our online presence, boost website traffic, and enhance our brand's digital footprint. This role involves managing social media platforms, optimizing search engine results, and developing websites.

Social Media (30%)

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Create engaging content and manage social media calendars to schedule posts.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Raise brand awareness through targeted social media advertising.
  • Maintain a positive brand image by responding promptly to customer inquiries.

SEO (25%)

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and technical SEO audits to improve website ranking.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking for better visibility.
  • Build high-quality backlinks to enhance website authority.
  • Monitor website analytics to track keyword rankings and adjust SEO strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and best practices.

Website Development (45%)

  • Design, develop, and maintain our company website, collaborating with designers to ensure visually appealing designs.
  • Ensure website security, performance, and scalability to provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and provide timely support.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Analyze website data to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
  • Participate in website planning, testing, and launch.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and web development.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, and web development technologies.
  • Excellent content creation, writing, and analytical skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools.
  • Certification in digital marketing, SEO, or web development.
