As a Digital Marketing Specialist at INDIAN FACTORY, you will play a vital role in managing our online presence, driving website traffic, and enhancing our brand's digital footprint.

This versatile role combines social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), and website development responsibilities.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹325,000 - ₹525,000, depending on your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media (30%):

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms.
  • Create engaging content, manage social media calendars, and schedule posts.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategies.
  • Run targeted social media ads.
  • Monitor brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries.

SEO (25%):

  • Conduct keyword research and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies.
  • Monitor website analytics and track keyword rankings.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and best practices.

Website Development (45%):

  • Design, develop, and maintain our website along with selected website partners.
  • Ensure website security, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing designs.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and provide support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4 - 12 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and web development.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, and web development technologies.
  • Excellent content creation, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
Desirable Skills

We value candidates with experience in graphic design and video editing, knowledge of email marketing and automation tools, and certification in digital marketing, SEO, or web development.
