Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team, contributing to both our in-house and client-focused digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Normality Technologies and its clients across various social media platforms, email, search engines, and other digital channels.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversions, ROI) for campaigns and generate actionable insights to enhance effectiveness.
- Perform SEO optimization for websites and campaigns to improve organic reach and search rankings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to create engaging and relevant content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
- Manage and grow the social media presence for Normality Technologies and its clients, ensuring strong engagement and follower growth.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor digital performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC) for both Normality Technologies and client projects on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and .
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative approaches for both in-house and client campaigns.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints, aligning with organizational and client goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, delivering results for both in-house and client initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create reports with actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a passion for crafting innovative digital marketing strategies.
