Requirements and Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in Taleo Configuration is mandatory.
  • Deep Understanding: A deep understanding of the Recruitment Process, including best practices and compliance, is essential.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in Asset Integrity Management (AIM) for maintaining the reliability and safety of recruitment systems is required.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with implementing Taleo solutions and aligning them with business objectives is necessary.
  • HCM Principles: A solid grasp of HCM principles and how they integrate with Taleo modules is essential.
  • Taleo Recruitment Functionalities: Expertise in Taleo Recruitment functionalities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview management, is required.
  • Taleo Onboarding: Experience in Taleo Onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires is necessary.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making in HR operations are essential.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
