**International Support Specialist Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an International Support Specialist. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with diverse cultures and have excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver high-quality support services to international clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • To resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • To collaborate with the L1 team to escalate complex cases, ensuring timely resolution and quality standards are maintained.
  • To adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards.

About the Job:

  • This role requires strong technical skills, particularly in Mobility related Application & Desktop/General system related issues, as well as experience with troubleshooting Outlook, VPN, Citrix, VDI, and MS office/O365.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients, both verbally and written.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Telecom industry will be considered an advantage.
