
Executive Leader Talent Acquisition Strategy

About This Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join our team at Ascendion.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business unit leaders to define hiring forecasts and develop strategic approaches for sourcing, branding, assessment, and other areas.
- Work closely with BU leaders to drive focus, end-to-end planning, identify key focus areas, drive execution & prioritization, resource allocation, build operational guidelines.
- Drive operational excellence across the entire recruitment funnel by actively monitoring recruiting funnel data, analysing results, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide new methods with approaches for sourcing candidates and generating new leads.
- Review, analyse, mentor, and coach support teams to ensure recruiting goals are being met through a reciprocal approach.
- Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research pool with regards to talent acquisition, market salary trends, campus hiring trends, etc.
Requirements
- Relevant experience required in talent acquisition.
- MBA would be an added advantage.
- Excellent people management ability and experience handling large teams.
- Prior experience managing diverse talent acquisition teams.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to drive teams for process adherence and identifying gaps for improvement.
- Business and recruitment acumen to understand talent insights and stakeholder communication management functional governance review, audit, and status reporting.
