Incident Manager Role

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a vital role in managing and resolving complex incidents.

Primary Responsibilities:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in incident management, preferably in a IT service management environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex incidents and develop effective response strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of WAN, network access, authentication, email, and collaboration products/SaaS solutions.
