We are seeking a skilled Storage Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining storage infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Storage Support: Provide level 2 and level 3 support for storage systems, including SAN, NAS, ECS, and MF DASD + TAPE. Ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime.
  • Daily Health Checks: Perform daily health checks on storage systems, monitoring performance and identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Alert Triage: Acknowledge and triage alerts, log incidents in ServiceNow/BMC, and escalate issues to senior technicians as needed.
  • Backup and Restore: Execute backups and restores under change control, ensuring data integrity and minimizing downtime.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior technicians with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Dell/EMC, NetApp, HPE Storage certifications (Associate/Professional), Brocade/Cisco SAN certifications, and AWS S3/Object Storage fundamentals.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in storage administration, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Dell EMC, Cisco, and ServiceNow.
