Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to creating short and long-term Business Unit strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and execute agreed strategies.
  • Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the leadership team.
  • Deliver and contribute assigned operational programs, projects and/or services which are significant to the Business Unit.
  • Build and foster high-quality relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to identifying stakeholder needs, discussing, developing and delivering potential solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of providing excellent levels of client service across varied processes and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management, including implementing best practices.
  • Broad operations expertise encompassing coordination with diverse logistical functions such as Operations, IT, Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Critical thought process, analytical and strategic skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing teams and major projects or initiatives.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
