Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Promote focus products and services to generate revenue.
  • Maintain and service the existing client base.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a similar role with at least 5 years of team management experience.
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
  • Strong team management and handling skills.

Reporting Structure:

Reports directly to the Regional Director (RD) and plays a key role in managing the branch as a captain. Key performance indicators include meeting sales targets, maintaining a positive working environment, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. A leader with expertise in business development, strategic planning, and staff management is required for this position.
