Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to spearhead government partnerships in India, driving strategic alignment with our education initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering collaborative relationships with key government stakeholders, identifying policy synergies, and promoting product adoption across public education systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate partnerships with Central and State Government bodies across K-12, Higher Education, and ITI segments, navigating complex policy landscapes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of existing and upcoming government education policies to inform strategic decision-making and drive product growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior government officials, including Commissioners, Principal Secretaries, and other key decision-makers, to communicate the value proposition of our products.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure engagement and impact, driving data-driven decisions.
  • Design and implement stakeholder training programs, cadence calls, and regular field visits to enhance capacity building and collaboration.
  • Provide executive-level reports and progress updates to internal stakeholders and senior government officials, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Curate insights from stakeholder engagements to inform product roadmap development and future iterations, driving innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in government relations, education policy, or public sector partnerships; prior experience in EdTech or SaaS highly desirable.
  • Profound knowledge of India's education policy landscape and government functioning, enabling effective navigation and strategy development.
  • A proven track record of stakeholder engagement and program execution in public sector environments, demonstrating expertise and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • A strategic thinker able to translate policy into actionable partnership opportunities, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring cohesive strategy implementation.
