Head of Fundraising and Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our fundraising efforts and build strategic partnerships that drive impact.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of success in fundraising and partnership development, and is passionate about making a difference in the social impact sector.

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space. They will be able to leverage their expertise to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, build strong relationships with donors, and identify new opportunities for growth.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, build trust, and promote the organization's mission and values.

  • Fundraising Strategy Execution & Leadership:
    • Leverage data and analytics to inform fundraising decisions and optimize results.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and team members.
    • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate partnerships, and individual giving.
  • Partnership Development & Network Building:
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and donors.
    • Cultivate and steward relationships with existing partners and donors.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to expand its reach and reputation.
  • Communications & Collateral Oversight:
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote the organization's mission and values.
    • Create compelling content, including proposals, reports, and campaigns, to showcase the organization's impact and achievements.
  • Team Leadership & Systems Building:
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of fundraisers and partnership professionals.
    • Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective fundraising operations.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and team members.
    • Develop and implement strategies to deepen relationships and increase engagement with stakeholders.
