Job Overview

The Senior Director role involves leading a team of analysts responsible for supporting the RFP process. This requires a strong understanding of customer problems and RWD assets, enabling accurate responses to pre-sales/sales teams.

  • Learns a team of analysts that support the RFP process for the team, requiring a solid understanding of the customer problem and RWD assets.
  • Provides guidance and oversight for consulting delivery work, including shaping how the work is funnelled to offshore teams and optimizing its delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Owns directly a certain body of work and provides support to the RWD organization for other parts.
  2. Builds Indication Specific Data Lakes that can be used as delivery accelerators.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience. They must have a post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math, or equivalent with exposure of no less than 5-7 years in core data science algorithm development.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in leading teams working in a globally distributed setup delivering consulting work predominantly focused on Data Science and Data Engineering.
  • Total of 15-18 years of work experience with 80% or more of the most recent experience being in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains.

The Senior Director will be responsible for supervising offshore resources to build, expand, and maintain indication-specific data lakes powered by unstructured notes. They will also manage and lead a team, serving as the single point of escalation for all team-related matters.
