Senior Development Lead

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our fundraising efforts, driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive annual fundraising strategies, engaging high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Grow a diverse portfolio of funders, ensuring effective distribution of resources across different sources.
  • Execute multiple aspects of the plan, leveraging expertise in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business or a related field, such as social sciences.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience with non-profit organizations preferred.
