
Senior Education Partnerships Specialist

Ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager is required to expand the network of educational consultants, onboard them as partners, and guide students through remittance processes.
- Expand the network of educational consultants and onboard them as a partner with us.
- Work closely with these consultants to guide students enrolled with them on remitting tuition fees and living expenses through our platform.
- Conduct webinars with our partner educational consultants to educate students and parents on the remittance process.
- Handhold each student through the entire remittance process, ensuring all relevant documents are collected.
- Follow up on the student database for fees and living expenses for each semester.
- Maximise the margin for each transaction, increasing overall revenue earning.
- Cross-sell additional services such as education loan, visa facilitation, and insurance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve target for the fiscal year in terms of absolute revenue and margin.
- Meet transaction value and student targets.
- Increase the base of education consultants.
- Achieve conversion target - actual vs. leads.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational consultants.
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales funnel management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
