We're seeking an exceptional Business Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence and support our business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Management: Conduct regular hygiene checks on pipeline data, maintain and update the real-time dashboard, and ensure accurate feeding of pipeline data.
  • Marketing Management: Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives for software development and partnerships, work on required documentation and database management for campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver accurate reports, develop and present performance review templates, and conduct in-depth analysis of existing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, design and implement streamlined processes, reduce administrative tasks, and manage lead funnels with various lead generation avenues.
  • Coordination & Alignment: Work as a bridge between business functions and HQ to coordinate and align on various scheduled and ad-hoc reports and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in MIS, Inside Sales Operations, or Sales Operations role.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing operational processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
