Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting field activities, ensuring seamless execution of outreach programs and managing logistics. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating between field teams and central departments, overseeing operational tasks, and working closely with the on-field team to ensure efficient management of materials, travel, and data processes.

You'll take ownership of various tasks, including demo logistics, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Your ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances will be essential in meeting the demands of this role.

Accompanying the field team to 12th-grade schools/colleges to assist in student demos and outreach activities is a critical aspect of this position. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate counts of collected forms, digitizing them as per protocol, and dispatching physical forms to the central office.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic reporting tools is also essential. A native speaker of Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam/Marathi/Hindi/Bengali/Odia and working proficiency in English are required.

A valid driver's license and own vehicle are necessary for frequent travel to schools and colleges. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is also a requirement.
