Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized AV project lead to manage the delivery of audiovisual integration projects across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, and invoicing.
  • Ensure that all systems are delivered to high technical standards and in compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing AV integration projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
