Job Overview

The position of Technical Project Manager is pivotal in leading projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating project plans, maintaining versions, and securing client approval.
  • Establishing communication channels with clients and internal management/project teams.
  • Triaging requirements with the team and arriving at solutions or seeking assistance from management.
  • Leading implementation, closing out client post-go-live, and handholding them to the support team.
  • Generating Change Requests and pursuing additional revenues where applicable.
  • Ddelivering client requirements within agreed timelines and achieving objectives with exceptional quality.
  • Ensuring supporting teams are utilized as per agreement.
  • Engaging in process improvement initiatives, limiting functional bugs, and communicating with clients and management about mismatches that impact project schedules.
  • Maintaining project status and progress data and training self and team members on implementation processes and client data validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in project management using tools like project estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, and preparing proposals. A good understanding of design and solution processes is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
