About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team at Pressman Advertising Ltd. (Brand owned by SIL) in Delhi. This is a full-time on-site position responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sponsorship sales.
Key Responsibilities
- To execute sponsorship sales strategies and tactics, drive revenue growth, and expand market share.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- To analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the advertising and media industry.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
