Sales Strategist

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Newgen Digitalworks Private Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and capturing market opportunities in the Delhi region. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve these objectives. With your expertise in software sales and market research, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with partners, and foster trusted partnerships to enhance loyalty and mutual business growth.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and capture market opportunities.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various lead-generation channels, ensuring a robust and consistent sales pipeline.
- Establishing strong relationships with partners, ensuring successful onboarding, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:style='list-style-type:disc'>A minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales, ERP, CRM, software solution sales, or HRIS sales.Expertise in software sales, including understanding of product value propositions.Strong familiarity with the Delhi market and its dynamics.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.An analytical mindset with the ability to devise strategic solutions.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
