Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Service Supervisor / Field Technician to join our team in India.

About the Role

As a key member of our service network, you will play a vital role in installation, maintenance, and technical support for products across customer sites in India.

This is a field-based role that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair Tayal & Co. products at customer locations.
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service protocols.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships, especially with Indian Railways and key stakeholders.
  • Share field feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or railway industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of service documentation and complaint tracking will be an advantage.
