Technical Lead Job Description

The role of the Technical Lead is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of all technical operations at our organization.

This involves coordinating with clients to understand their business requirements and suggesting solutions that meet their needs. The Technical Lead will analyze various aspects, including documentation, design, code, security, and team member retention, and report on these to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience with tech stacks: Back End – FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL; Front End – React Js; DevOps– CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, Redis
  • Writing optimized codes and ensuring the team follows best practices
  • Supervising DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work, keeping everything in sync
  • Determining requirements and developing work schedules for the team
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure timely delivery of work
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required
  • Motivating the team and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice concerns
  • Monitoring front-end performance and implementing optimizations for fast loading times and a smooth user experience
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
  • Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders
