Job Title: Technical Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to manage Agile delivery, Azure DevOps governance, and Monday.com platform management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Maintain and track sprint artifacts, velocity metrics, and backlog in Azure DevOps.
  • Manage Azure DevOps access, maintain security, compliance, and role governance.
  • Oversee sustainment and enhancement of Monday.com platform integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and work closely with developers.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and maintain documentation.
  • Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams to manage priorities and expectations.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in Agile practices, platform governance, and delivery efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com, Azure DevOps, integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Experience in application sustainment, platform support, and working in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
