Platform and Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of network and cloud administrators in delivering exceptional service to clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators, fostering technical growth and career development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
  • Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive operational excellence by maturing processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.
  • Proven experience in process development and operational maturity.
  • Excellent Critical Thinking and Emotional Intelligence skills.
Qualifications
  • University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Information Systems or related areas.
  • General Experience of Cloud technologies (eg Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux) and Network Technology (eg Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass)
