Pest Control Sales Specialist

The Role:- This position involves identifying and securing business opportunities in pest control and prevention. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- This role reports directly to the Branch Manager and requires collaboration with a multi-functional team.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as per the approved business plan.
- Promote sales activities within assigned territories.
- Maintain high conversion rates of enquiries into orders.
- Ensure timely renewals in line with company expectations.
- Monitor developments and business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Deliver high-quality service to customers.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and surveys.
- Provide quotations to customers through the system.
- Share customer feedback with the Branch Manager and collect appreciation letters from regional customers.
- Submit invoices on time and obtain necessary acknowledgments.
- Follow up with the back office for timely and accurate invoicing.
- Communicate costings and customer expectations with operations before service delivery.
- Ensure all collections are deposited with the back office within 24 hours.
- Update required sales systems in a timely manner.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customers.
₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month
Requirements:Competencies:- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Able to negotiate with clients.
- Able to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with computer applications.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates with sales experience may also apply.
- Candidates with prior field sales experience are preferred.
