Job Summary
- We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the Role
- This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with US natives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of international BPO voice experience for CS role.
- Strong computer and internet skills, including knowledge of billing queries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic education in any field (UG drop/graduate).
- No ongoing regular or part-time courses allowed.

Additional Information
- Night shift may be required for US processes, but agents must be flexible and willing to work 24/7/rotational shifts.
