We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our corporate entertainment team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate services, events, or related fields and possess excellent client-handling skills. They will work directly with corporate clients to facilitate artist bookings for events, ensuring that Engage4More talent is positioned as the top choice for client entertainment and engagement needs.

The role involves maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring high satisfaction from event planning through to completion. The successful candidate will also support the group manager in strategizing and executing new client acquisition plans and artist onboarding initiatives.

In addition, they will regularly gather and analyze client feedback, using insights to enhance service offerings and support continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate artist bookings for corporate clients and ensure optimal utilization of Engage4More talent.
  • Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Analyze client feedback and implement improvements to service offerings.
  • Support the group manager in developing and executing client acquisition strategies.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate services, events, or related fields.
  • Excellent client-handling skills, with a proactive approach to relationship management and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary:

₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
